Trip Expenditure Manager App manages the trips expenditures among the people in the trip. This app keeps track of all the activities in a trip and divides the expenditures among the people in the trip. Trip Expenditure Manager works on smartphones and tablets.
Add Trip:-
Trip Expenditure Manager is the first and the best trip expenditure managing app. It works on smartphones and tablets, so first of all you need to add a trip in this app by providing trip name, trip location and trip date.
Add Applicants to Trip:-
After adding a trip, you need to add applicants in the trip by providing applicant name and applicant email address. You can add the applicants as many you want.
Add Expense to Trip:-
After adding trip and applicants in the trip, you will add expense in the trip by providing the trip activity name, trip activity category e.g. food, entertainment, drink etc., trip activity date, expense by and expense amount. You can also add expense receipt image either by choosing from the SD Card or by capturing the photograph of the receipt.
Trip Expense Details:-
When you have added a trip, applicants in that trip and expenses in that trip, then you can see that trip activities details and applicants expense details as following,
I. Trip Activities Details
In trip activities details, you will have trip complete information including trip name, trip date, trip location and trip total expense. Also you will see all the activities in that trip. You can send email all of that information to all the people in that trip.
II. Applicants expense details
In applicant’s expense details, you will have trip complete information including trip name, trip date, trip location and trip total expense. Along with that you will see each applicant’s expense details. This app will tell you applicants total spend amount in the trip, how much amount that applicant needs to pay to others and how much amount other people have to pay that applicant. You can send email all of that information to all the people in that trip.
